Encanta Musica™ was born from the desire to help Independent artists, musicians, producers, and record labels reach an international captive audience, with the main focus being to pay fair royalties directly to the artists and labels whose music is being heard.
We deliver music services to resorts and commercial spaces, and generate revenue from broadcast music programs, branded online radio, branded digital music compilations, online channels, and other business to business projects.
The multiple platforms and marketing services that we develop for our clients create revenue generating opportunities for our music partners, and our transparent operations and playlist reporting reflects our understanding of the value of your catalog to our projects.

ROYALTIES PAID MONTHLY

Since 2009, our monthly royalty payments increased an average of 150% per year since 2009, paralleled by our growth and shift from retail to hospitality.

As of January 2025 our royalty payment calculations changed from paid by appearance to paid by play.

Once a track is added to a playlist the playback frequency is determined by the randomize feature in the Brightsign units we use for service transmission.

MFN principals apply to playback systems, no preferences, earnings depend on volume of music integration throughout each project and daily logs generated by the units.

Our number one priority is to help our independent partners earn money for their music through our private network of hospitality, retail, and commercial clients and their vast network of customers.

We are a "Business to Business" company, and not commercially consumer focused, so there is no competition.

Through broadcast programs and sales initiatives we combine the leverage of our clientʼs services to add value to music, with the end goal being to generate sales.

Our foundation is built upon transparency and integrity, building a network of music partners who find our system and business model to be a successful alliance that generates opportunities and royalty payments in new territories where previously none existed.

Our background music service is the secret, because our unique client profile features inclusive resorts where guests remain for several days to a week or more to enjoy their vacations with friends and family. Within the resorts there are multiple bars, restaurants, pools, relax and activity areas, and many other themed spaces like cafes, sports bars, bars and beach clubs. Since guests stay in the resort, the are always within the spaces where we design, program and transmit your music, making it easier to have your music heard by people from around the world.

Our other services are focused on maximizing the time customers spend in the spaces, as well as creating ambiance that relieves stress, improves focus, and generates a positive response from the listener.

Combined with online branded broadcast initiatives that are developed to be interactive and communicative, we keep customers involved and generate revenues with registration based memberships as well as sales.

We are proud of the fact that we are one of the highest paying companies in the world when it comes to music licensing and royalty fees. This is because we understand that our music catalogue is the foundation of our business, and we consider our music providers to be partners!

Our royalty payment structure is based on an equal sharing platform. All profits are split equally between the participating parties, The Music Partner, The Service Provider, and sometimes the Client.

Background music royalty payments equal 40% of the net monthly fee our clients pay. Operational costs include servers, distribution, logistics production, programming, customer support, software licensing, maintenance.

Did you notice? We donʼt deduct salaries before we pay for the music.

Thatʼs right, fair is fair, letʼs set an example and show some integrity in the industry!

Payments shall be made with Bank Wire, PayPal, or Wallet. More details regarding payments and how they are paid can be found in the Licensing Agreement available for download a little further down the page.

HPI shall offer digital methods of payment with an option of several stable Crypto currencies to wallets of Licensors choosing. Details of this option shall be published in advance of taking effect.

Our Broadcast Rights Licensing Payment cycle is as follows:

Jan – Jun Paid in the month of July
Jul – Dec Paid in the month of January

Your Live Dashboard Features:

Our services are paid by our client upon usage, we do not receive advances on projects, so our payments are delivered according to a well established and stable payment cycle that guarantees full collections without impediments to distribution.

It depends. Apart from the calculations listed here in the FAQ section, and without knowing what material you have available, it would be impossible to give you an estimate.

After receiving your material and reviewing it, we can pre-place in projects and send you a 3 month forecast upon request.

Our licensing agreement is NON-EXCLUSIVE and is currently limited to the entire country of Mexico and Baja Peninsula, through all of Central America, all of South America and surrounding islands and/or sub territories, and all of the islands in the Caribbean and surrounding Caribbean regions

Just about everything (with the exception of Rotterdam Trance/Gabber, Polka, and Death/Heavy Metal). We have clients with many different and unique areas, so we license ethnic/cultural music from all over the world; kids music, chill-out, house, rock, classical, jazz, reggae. You name it… we can use it!

At the moment, two distinct brands are in operation targeting different levels of clientele. Each brand operates under the umbrella of Hushhh Productions Inc. in the territories of Mexico, the Caribbean, and Central/South America.

Encanta Musica is the luxury design brand focusing on brands of the highest caliber in luxury, hospitality, and retail.

MusicaQmueve targets volume clients with many locations looking for fast rollout with low up-front setup costs.

Introduce yourself and your company/label/artist name, and ask to set up your Royalty Accounting Platform account.

STEP 2
Check your email for the invitation to activate your account. (Donʼt see it? Check your spam folder)

Open the email and click the "ACTIVATE" button, and you will be redirected to complete your information and register and confirm your account.

Once your account is confirmed it is your digital signature of acceptance to the terms and conditions of our licensing agreement.

STEP 3
Send download links using whatever file share platform you wish, dropbox, wetransfer, ftp are the usual methods, to az@hushhhlounge.com.

The preferred format for your submissions is 128bit mp3. Other sizes/formats will be converted in our studios.

Please separate music by genre to help us review more efficiently.

Once you have uploaded your catalog, we will begin the review process and start to place your music in various projects for upcoming updates.

We update the royalty reports of each project every month so you can stay up to date on earnings.
